How GarageCare is implemented
GarageCare is not just installed and left for the customer to figure out. The setup process is guided so the system matches your actual business.
Step 1: Business discovery
We collect your workshop details, current workflow, tax requirements, and integration needs.
Step 2: License setup
A license is created for your workshop based on the selected package and allowed modules.
Step 3: System deployment
Your GarageCare installation is deployed with its own database and storage.
Step 4: License activation
The system is activated and linked to your subscription.
Step 5: Business profile
Your business type is selected, setting the default terminology and recommended modules.
Step 6: Tax & pricing setup
Your currency, tax rates, labor rate, and document numbering formats are configured.
Step 7: Module activation
Only the modules you need initially are enabled to keep the system simple for your team.
Step 8: Integrations
We configure optional integrations like SMS, WhatsApp, and PayHere online payments.
Step 9: Staff onboarding
Owner and staff accounts are created with proper role-based access controls.
Step 10: Handover
We verify the full workflow from customer creation to final payment before handing over.
